A: 60 % exhibitors are Turkish while 40 % comes from 30 different countries.
Q: Who are the buyers?
A: Manufacturers, wholesalers, re-exporters, retailers, agents, department
and
chain stores, fashion boutiques, catalogue / mail order / Internet-TV Shopping

Q: Where do they come from?
A: 72 % come from all around Turkey. The rest comes from 90 other countries;
mainly from Russia & CIS, EU, Middle East, Balcans, East Europe and Mediterranean
Countries.
Q: What are the customs duties for my goods?

Q: How do I clear my goods on the customs?
A: You can bring your goods via:
- ATA Carnet
- Temporary Import
Each has simple but different procedures to be fulfilled. Please contact
your forwarder and customs broker for further details, before you deliver
your goods.
Q: What are the costs of participation?
A: Participation cost starts from US$ 3,245.00- for a 9 sqm row
shape ordinary booth. Upgraded and luxury packages are available at gradually
higher prices.
Q: What does the above price cover?
A: The above price includes admission fee ( print and on-line listing), row shape
space only fee, ordinary boothfitting and furnishing (panels , 3 spots (100w)
from the ceiling, carpeting, name on the fascia board, 1 plug, 1 table, 3 chairs,
2 showcases,1 wastebasket, 2 halogens ( 250w), 2 bags depositing rent
in strongroom for overnight security and 18% V.A.T.
Q: Is there an overnight storage / safe rental service?
A: There is a strongroom for all the exhibitors. They can store their bags
here and pay according to the size and number of bags. Private safe on booth
is also available on request.
Q: How do I arrange my travel and stay?
A: You may either book your flight and hotel by yourself or via the official
travel agency of IJS. Various travel & accommodation choices are available
for every need of price, quality and distance to the fair ground. Discounted
packages are available for early bookings.
Q: How do I get my visa?
A: The visa requirements vary according to your country.
